A fully automated 1000 U.S. Tons Capacity Extrusion Press with P.L.C. SKODA controls and under-water extrusion facility. An ultra modern physical and chemical testing including computerized Spectroscopic Analyzer for precise alloying and composition control, Hardness Tester, Conductivity Meter and Hydraulic Pressure Testing facility for final Inspection has been provided. The plant and machinery has been laid out to international standards over a built up area of 4,000 Sq. mtrs. with provision of captive power generation installation and full range of infrastructure services. We have built a competent team of process engineering and operational management specialists drawn from steel, aluminum and copper processing industries.
